Well... Angie is now a member of the only true and living church on the face of the earth!! How awesome is that?
This week has been really good.. but really crazy at the same time.. As much as I love helping someone enter the waters of baptism... It's so stressful! I wish I could explain the stress that goes into planning and preparing for a baptism.. There is always the fear that they will back out last minute... not show.. that she will have to get dunked 3 times... that her daughter would freak out and throw a screaming fit... Luckily none of those things happened. I actually didn't even get to see Angie be baptized because I was outside skipping around the building with Nikki (Angie's 4 year old daughter.) We tried to keep her occupied so she wouldn't freak out so much. That girl has some serious behavior issues.. We are now fighting the battle of keeping her quiet in Sacrament meeting.
Not much to say this week.. Just been doing the same stuff I have been doing for the last 11 months... Isn't that crazy!! I can't believe that this Saturday marks one year since I went through the temple!! Wierd how time flies by... yet goes so slow.. I can't believe that I have been out 8 transfers already.. that I am one of the oldest sisters in the mission.. that I have a new mission president and that I am here! It's so amazing! And mom, you're right... you might have to deal with your baby girl living across the country.. haha Just wait till you all come visit.. you will fall in love with it too!! Plus Suzy and Jer will be here too! See... that's perfect! Jk.. We will cross that bridge when it gets here.
So I have some sad news... My camera gave up the ghost... It broke at transfer meeting. I thought I could fix it.. but it is donezo. I cried! That's been such a good little camera.. So.... If anyone has a spare camera that they aren't using or wants to donate to the cause of getting a new one so that I can capture memories from the rest of my mission.. that would be cool. Let me know!!
