Wow! How has another week passed already? The time is just flying by! I can't believe that transfers are already tomorrow!! I just got here yesterday?!?! haha at least that's how it feels... Sadly Sister Yarrington is leaving me... I truly am so grateful that the Lord has blessed me with such a loving companion! She has helped me in so many ways and has helped me learn so much about loving people and just doing the best that you can! I am so grateful for her and I will really miss her!
This week has been really uneventful.. I have had a really nasty cold this week so we were inside most of the week. I think that the difference in humidity makes a huge difference in how sick I get.. I swear I catch everything... I have been taking lots of vitamis and trying to drink plenty of water to hopefully ward off some of the sickness.. Hopefully it will help. It's not fun at all being sick on your mission.
Last monday was fun though! We went to Chickamauga Battlefield in Georgia! It was so much fun. One of the ladies that is serving in the office brought us lunch because our cars were so clean at Zone Conference. She made yummy taco salad and strawberry shortcake! :] After lunch, we went to one of the battlefields and played ultimate frisbee. We went to this awesome tower but sadly it was closed so we couldn't climb up it.. But it was cool anyway! It was so much fun to see all of the missionaries and to be able to make some new friends!! I love the missionaries here so much! They are truly family!
Tuesday I woke up sick and I couldn't breathe very well. I have been sick and stuffed up all week.. and I have been SO exhausted... I think that this body is getting old or something. haha but that's ok.. I just have to listen to it and take care of it because it's the only one i've got! We were able to watch some videos on the Doctrine and Covenants and I learned a lot! I truly love those modern revelations from the prophet. I love knowing that the Lord speaks today! It's so awesome! I'm feeling a lot better this week! Thank heavens! I hope that I don't get sick again anytime soon.. so far it's been about every 2 months.. BLEH!
Well other than that.. not to much has happened. Just been getting better and trying to work as hard as I can with what energy I do have! haha.
